DnD Wicks Plumbing History 

  • After Danny completed his apprenticeship in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley he began working with several small business in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens areas.
  • After a few years, Danny and his fiance Deanne decided to travel and work around. They did this for 2 years and in that time Danny gained experience plumbing in all states of Australia.
  • They returned to Newcastle in 1996, got married, bought a house and created DND Wicks Plumbing (Danny 'N' Deanne). From a Kalgoorlie meat pub raffle the name DND was created. Dear Marg use to write DnD on our tickets every Friday.
  • DND Wicks Plumbing first started out sub- contracting to other local plumbing companies and was based in Holmesville. During this time they built up their clientele and business. 
  • After a few years they moved the business to a beautiful farm out at Buttai, but soon missed Newy and have settled in Wallsend were they have been for nearly 4 years.
